See the Sights of California’s Far North with the Siskiyou Scenic Bike Tour

Brought to you by Discover Siskiyou

Historic small towns, clear mountain air and volcanic views are the staple of California’s northernmost region – Siskiyou County. Now, you can see much of the area from two wheels with the Siskiyou Scenic Bike Tour on May 7.

The annual bike tour, hosted by the Yreka Rotary, offers five routes for bikers to see the region and get some exercise. The routes range from long, challenging rides to short, scenic cruises, with everything in between. There’s also a gravel route for those mountain biking enthusiasts out there. All the routes were carefully crafted to highlight the beauty of the region.

For locals and visitors alike, the Siskiyou Bike Tour will also host plenty of opportunities for food and drink along the ride. Highlighted in the routes are trips to historic sites and museums, along with outdoor destinations like Lake Shastina and Greenhorn Summit, with the might Mount Shasta in the background the entire time.
