What's included in my subscription?

Each annual subscription will receive two issues of the Active NorCal magazine, along with two other fun items we will send out during the year.

When will I receive my issues?

The first issue of the revived magazine will be sent out in January and the second issue will come out in May. After that, we plan to send out issues in November and May annually.

How do I update my address?

When you sign up for the magazine, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. In that email, click on the button that says “View Subscription” and you can follow the prompts to create an account and manage your subscription. From there, you can update your address, payment method, and choose to not renew your annual subscription.

Are there refunds/cancellations?

We do not provide refunds for the annual subscription once it is purchased. In order to cancel your auto renewal, go to your account management system where you can update your address, payment method, and choose to not renew your annual subscription.
