Probably the most known restaurant in Siskiyou County due to it’s “Top 100 Restaurant in America” moniker from Yelp, Yaks on the 5 delivers on quality burgers and much more. Located in Dunsmuir, this small diner brings locals and visitors everything from humongous burgers, beer on tap and sticky buns TO DIE FOR!

Hi-Lo Cafe

Sitting in the shadow of Mount Shasta in Weed, California is a unique diner that has a huge menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner, including some awesome burgers. The Hi-Lo Cafe doubles as a hotel and RV Park, and includes some great burger options like the Logger Burger (Swiss cheese and bacon on a French roll), Chili Burger and the Mountain of a Burger (with a massive 10 oz patty).

Bistro No. 107

There’s a restaurant in Mount Shasta that’s become known to locals as the go-to spot for a juicy burger, and that’s Bistro 107. This place actually has its fair share of gourmet food like Coconut Shrimp, Fire-Dusted Calamari or the Po’ Boy, but Imperial Wagyu Natural Beef burgers are the talk of the town.

M5 Five Marys Burgerhouse

The Five Marys Farm in Fort Jones produces some of the best beef in Northern California, and you can enjoy it at their restaurant just down the road. The M5 Burgerhouse is the definition of a fresh cut of meat, with their barley finished, dry-aged Black Angus beef coming directly from their farm and onto your brioche bun. With favorites like the Bourbon Bacon, M5 Alarm (jalepenos, Sriracha mayo) or the classic Rancher, they can serve you a burger you’ll likely never forget.

Cooper’s Bar and Grill

Located in the Best Western Treehouse in Mount Shasta, Cooper’s Bar and Grill has become a great place to grab a bite and a drink in a rustic cabin atmosphere. Not only is their breakfast incredible, but they deliver some of the best burgers in town. Go there on a Friday evening for some Happy Hour and live entertainment!

Located in the small town of Etna, Dotty’s has become a favorite of locals and visitors alike.
