Cal Poly Humboldt’s Mascot Featured on Jeopardy!
Cal Poly Humboldt made an appearance on the renowned quiz show Jeopardy! during last night’s episode and the contestant almost completely gaffed the answer.
In the second round, Ken Jennings (the show’s host) presented contestants with a challenging clue: “They chop down opponents for Cal Poly Humboldt, & they’re okay.”
After buzzing in and a brief (but seemingly long) pause, contestant Tyler Vandenberg responded with the correct question, “What are the… Lumberjacks?”
