Shocking Video Shows Bear Devouring Live Deer in Yosemite

A video was shared to social media showing some of the most shocking wildlife footage in Northern California that we’ve ever seen.

Travis Tschantz shared a video of a bear with it’s jaws clamped down on a deer just on the side of the road in Yosemite, with the blood-curdling howls of the deer being heard from the cars passing by. It’s a typical scene in wildlife – one animal eating another – but the video from the car is a little close for comfort:

This is just a glimpse of the wildlife you could encounter in the outdoors of NorCal, but it’s not typical to get it on camera.
