Enjoying a Hearty Breakfast at Hi-Lo Cafe in Weed, California

We were in search if a hearty breakfast in Siskiyou County, so we heeded a local’s advice and headed to Hi-Lo Cafe in Weed, California, which serves up some old-fashioned breakfast with massive portions. We opted for the Mount Shasta Pancakes and the Souther Scramble, which provided more than enough grub for two people.
