Mount Shasta is known to marvel onlookers with a lenticular cloud show every now and again, and anyone lucky enough to be in the immediate vicinity of the mountain this weekend received one of these breathtaking displays of nature.
On Sunday, a beautiful lenticular cloud show was seen over Mount Shasta and amateur and professional photographers alike all took to social media to show the mountain during the storm. It was also an opportunity to see the first snow of the season on the very top of the mountain, a sign of the impending winter. Here are some of our favorite photos during the storm.
