NorCal is Buried in New Snow with 3 More Feet on the Way
The biggest storm of the winter season waited until mid-March to reach Northern California, but boy did it deliver. Initial reports show that 4-5 feet of snow fell on the Sierra since Friday, with the National Weather Service extending the Winter Storm Warning until Tuesday due to 1-3 feet of more snow on the way.
Mountain roads are covered in snow, many with mandatory chain controls and others flat-out closed. But with all NorCal ski resorts closed to the public due to the Coronavirus, why would you want to travel up there anyway?
