Squaw Valley’s World-Famous KT-22 is Officially Open

There’s a reason Squaw Valley’s KT-22 was voted the best chairlift in North America. It’s simply paradise for any expert skier who wants to explore 2,000 vertical feet of steeps, chutes and cliffs.

The announcement of the opening from Squaw Valley put shockwaves through mountain enthusiasts looking for a thrill. It’s some of the best inbound backcountry riding in the country, with steep chutes the likes of which aren’t seen in ski resorts.
