Mammoth Mountain Opens for the Winter Season

Following just a 3-month closure for the summer, Mammoth Mountain has reopened for the winter season and hopes to see the historic snowfall it experienced last winter.

Last winter at Mammoth was one for the record books when they surpassed 800 inches of snow along with their all-time snowfall record for a season. The resort responded by keeping the lifts running until August 6th, 2023. Now, just 96 days after closing, the lifts are running again.
