The Legendary Boonville Beer Festival Returns with a Star Wars Twist

Get ready to tap into the force of fun and flavor at the 26th annual Boonville Beer Festival, hosted by Anderson Valley Brewing Company at the Mendocino County Fairgrounds. This year, the festivities fall on May the Fourth, adding a delightful twist for Star Wars fans: attendees are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite characters from the galaxy far, far away.

Since its inception, the Boonville Beer Festival has poured much more than just great beer; it’s poured over $1.7 million into local charities, supporting the community that hosts this fantastic event. This commitment to giving back continues to be a core part of the festival’s mission.

This year, over 40 breweries from across California will gather to showcase their unique craft beers. Festival-goers can enjoy a wide range of tastes and styles, from the hoppiest IPAs to the smoothest stouts, all under the beautiful Northern California sky. The gates and taps will open at 1:00 pm and close at 5:00 pm, giving everyone plenty of time to enjoy their favorites and discover new ones.

But it’s not just about the beer. The festival also features two stages with live music to keep the energy high and the vibes good throughout the afternoon. Between beers, attendees can grab a bite from a variety of local food vendors, offering everything from gourmet snacks to hearty meals to perfectly pair with your pint.

Tickets are priced at $60 per person and can only be purchased online – no sales in person. For those who love the party but not the alcohol, designated driver tickets are available for just $5.
