When a group of people boating on Folsom Lake spotted a fawn swimming nowhere near shore, they knew they had to help it out.

Kenny Croyle jumped into the lake to rescue the baby deer, who looked tired and scared. They were able to wrangle the fawn into the boat and bring it to shore where it was reunited with its mother.

Thanks to Kenny Croyle for helping out NorCal wildlife in need!
