Yosemite Waterfalls are Going CRAZY Right Now Following Recent ‘Pineapple Express’ Storm

The Pineapple Express brought flooding across the Yosemite Valley. It also ignited the area's waterfalls!

When the Pineapple Express descended into Northern California, fear of flooding dominated the minds of local officials. And no one was as worried as the park rangers at Yosemite National Park.

They were so worried that they closed the park for the weekend, cancelling camping reservations and closing their gates to the public. But for those who were lucky enough to make it into the park this weekend, they saw the world-renown waterfalls of Yosemite gushing from the storm.




We caught our first view of the flooding in the park from Fresno Bee photographer Eric Zamora on Saturday:

And the photos and videos just kept coming in from there. Let’s take a look at just how beautiful the Yosemite Valley waterfalls look when they’re flooded:
