WATCH: Skiers Huck Flips Off Squaw Valley’s Tram Building

The historic snowfall at Squaw Valley Resort in Tahoe has made for an epic ski season. With over 600 inches of snow this season, many of the advanced obstacles that typically don’t have enough snow to traverse are being used as a skier’s playground.

Squaw Valley is known for its giant tram that transports skiers (and hikers during the summer) to the midpoint of the mountain. In Tahoe, it’s the only one of its size and force.

This week, the snow accumulation enabled a few talented local skiers to not only ski off the tram building, but huck flips in the process. Jared Dalen, Brandon Beck and Scott Pollman posted their epic flips to Instagram this week:

So rad! This winter has been absolutely epic and we’re so glad that in the new age of social media, we can experience athletes performing these type of tricks right alongside of them.
